Winstoria Casino no longer exists
Winstoria ceased operating around February–March 2025, and winstoria.com no longer resolves. Hundreds of Canadians still search for its no-deposit bonus every month because affiliate pages promoting it were never taken down. Whatever those pages promise, there is no casino behind the button anymore.
What Winstoria was
A Curaçao-licensed casino (Altacore N.V.) launched in 2022, serving Canada outside Ontario with a large Pragmatic Play and Nolimit City lobby and a 250% welcome package. Its player ratings were decent for an offshore site. Then it went dark with little notice. That is the structural risk of bare Curaçao licensing: when an operator folds, there is no regulator obligated to wind it down in an orderly way.
If you had a balance there
Document what you can (screenshots, emails, deposit records) and file a complaint with Curaçao's Gaming Control Board, which since 2024 handles player disputes for its licensees. Realistically, recovery from a closed Curaçao operator is rare, so treat it as the cost of the lesson every offshore player eventually learns: keep balances low and withdraw often.
